I was rewatching PTZD and noticed how much evidence the Portland PD missed. Nick's fingerprints were on the shotgun and all over the home he invaded, his DNA was all over that bar and it's customers. I know this is a fantasy, so I don't everything to be realistic, but what other clues in the series were overlooked about Nick and the others?
There was this scene in season 2 in which Monroe showed the two different kinds of woge to Hank to explain and Hank jumped back when Monroe showed the full woge. I can't find the episode this was in (maybe got distracted at exactly this scene when I watched the beginning of season 2 yesterday).
I wonder what they were like and would love to see some scenes of them when Nick was little.
I wonder how Kelly hid the Grimm stuff from little Nick. Maybe Marie was more active in Grimm business and Kelly was more the family type and then everything changed when Nick's dad was killed.
I think it would be interesting to watch their family dynamic before the death of Nick's father. I can imagine the sisters having some arguments about Kelly raising a family. I wonder if Nick's dad was in on the family secret. Maybe Marie asked for Kelly's help on some Grimm business and that resulted in the death of Kelly's husband.
I can also imagine that it was quite hard for Marie to transition from the life of an active Grimm to a surrogate mother for Nick.
I'd so love to see a spin off series, maybe with Kelly junior and flashbacks to Nick's childhood.
what kind of person would fit into the romantic life of grimms? nick's dad was killed. marie left her fiance to raise nick. trubel's parents were killed.
grimms don't seem to be big on compromise and danger is never that far
how different was kelly while she was married to nick's father? difficult to imagine the kelly we met as the mother nick grew up with.
which witch was better suited to a life with Nick? Adalind or Juliette/Eve
OK, been re-watching our Grimm DVD's with the wife again and I have to correct my reference to Monroe's surname reference I mistakenly recalled on the "Sever Year Itch" thread.
It was not the door family crest but on a serving plate. When we got to S3-E12, The Wild Hunt. Towards the end of the episode, around the 36min, 50sec timer, Monroe pulls out a serving plate to show Rosalee to use for his parents visit dinner.
Monroe claims the plate had the family crest that was handed down from his grandfather. As you can see as normal heraldry family crest go, there is a crest with the family surname on a banner right under it. The name on that banner says "Blutbaden".
Now some might claim that the name stands for the type of Wesen the family is but based of Heraldry Standards, that banner is the family surname.
Quote:As I think that only Nick and company knew of the death of Juliette and his change, for Juliette's friends would be in Europe or Oceania.
In my opinion, "Juliette's death" was one of the biggest blunders of the entire series because it was handled so poorly. No parents, no grandmother, no friends come to call to ask what happened and Nick didn't inform them of events either.
Nick didn't go down to her clinic and tell them she died. In fact, Nick never reported the death. He perpetrated the hoax that she was still alive. He would have had to so that he could pay licensing and taxes on her car. Adalind, the pauper, had to have something to drive.
We were privy to HW cleaning up the place and Nick deciding to vacate the premises quickly afterwards. Feel free to bring writers' intent into this one. Why did they think sending merry maid service to Nick's house would solve the issue?
I noticed today that our sister site Grimm Fan is no longer up. I wonder what happened, I think the site was still working a few days ago.
Hopefully Courtney can give us an update, but I have a feeling the site is no longer in operation.
My plan is to keep this forum running for the foreseeable future. But seeing that Courtney and I started our respective fan sites during the same time, I am a little bummed to see her site go. Thanks for putting together a great fan site Courtney, all the time and effort you put into the site really showed.
I recently rewatch the Grimm series and acident with the Jinnamuru Xunte and crashel-mortel make me think that Grimms are most powerfull being. My theory is whenewer grimm encounter something new and danger he "Evolve" like with superhearing or with slower metabolism and suspended animation (zombie mode). Because how could grimm kill hexenbiest is its so powerfull and can kill him with swing of hand. What if when grimm will be for long lime confront with hexenbest power make him immune to that. I also wonder that Nick dont get from Musai power beause juliette but because his grimm body evolve and he become imune. When Nick fight Akira Kimura he got beaten and suddenly he stand and easily overpower him therefore his body and fighting style improve "evolve" or Upgrade. Also we dont see another encounter with Musai so Nick could be immune to her power.
Quote:"Sometimes I miss my other mommy too. Her name is Kelly, just like my brother's."
Diana was an extraordinary baby. She knew Adalind was her mother even while in utero. Once birthed, there was no question she bonded with Adalind, her mother. There is no question of the bond taking hold as a few years later, she knew Adalind as her mother.
So why the term, "other mommy"? It had to be obvious to Diana that this was no hexenbiest caring for her, but something completely different.
What did Kelly say to Diana to convince this extraordinary baby that she was Diana's "other mommy"? What fabrication did she tell baby Diana about Adalind?
Would it be troubling to Adalind to know that her kidnapped baby viewed Kelly as her "other mommy"?
