I agree that if the show is made into a vehicle for showcasing Eve's superior powers over Nick's it will fail. I just know on some level that will never happen. My instinct is the character of Eve will not be controllable and she will harm some innocent through her lack of ability to emphasize with people. She will have to go; too dangerous for society.
Nick will probably outsmart her or do something that shows fans even though he's very fallible, he's still distinctly humane and heroic. And a real warrior General when it comes to strategy and leadership. Wisely, the show's creators have kept Nick's basic decency in tact and we can continue to hold him up as a fine example of what the good guys should be - even though he's flawed like most of us. Conversely,the writers have made the character of Juliette/Eve impossible to identify with; imo, she's doomed.
