If she wanted to get revenge on Nick, she should have shagged all the guys in the bar, had it videoed it and posted on line, before she got arrested. With what she knew about him at this point of her story, she rewards the one guy that was pulling all the strings in season 1 and 2 that screwed her up. That’s not a sign of a powerful Hex. It’s a sign of a woman with powers and miss-guided anger. The writers screwed up big time.

Hexenbiest Juliette had sex with Sean because she wanted something from him (shelter, information, access to the hexenbiest spellbook.) Hexenbiests use sex as a tool to attract powerful men to them and manipulate them. Having sex with another man or men as revenge against a lover would be a lot of effort for very little return, especially when you can pretty easily inflict a lot of pain by telekinetically breaking fingers or hurling pottery at heads.

But she had sex with him after, he was no help with any knowledge about Hexenbiest. He claimed he was just a half-assed Zauberbiest. His book had no answers for her. His contact, Henrietta was no help. When she decided to jump his bone, he was asking her to leave, better yet, throwing her ass out. Paraphrasing, Sean’s words “How did you get in here?” And “Get Out”! The only thing she was able to manipulate from him was, Him demanding the house key back and then throws her ass out on the street. She had no place to live, including “The House” she never owned. The best she could do was beat up a guy in a bar hitting on her. IMO. that’s why she beat up the guy, to get arrested and have a place to sleep for a few nights. I never believed she got arrested to see if Nick would come to the rescue.

I do not think she went to jail to rescue for Nick. Was trying to get out of his límits.
I think she had a good savings account and could use it. What happens is that she was unhappy with the situation "Hexenbiest".

She's using Renard not necessarily to gain something in return, satisfying the old desire that came from the amnesia spell, a weapon to use later against Nick (she was set on making him suffer in the worst ways imaginable), she ultimately settled for Kenneth in Nick's bed in this regard and sex was just sex to her, no longer an act of intimacy with someone she loved.(08-21-2017, 11:55 PM)FaceInTheCrowd Wrote: Hexenbiest Juliette had sex with Sean because she wanted something from him (shelter, information, access to the hexenbiest spellbook.) I think Juliette was not a "poor girl".
She would have her checking account and could have been paid for a hotel room

She was living with her boyfriend for the same reasons why so many other non-married couples do these days, to share expenses. She had a nice home to live and with the shared expenses, she probably had a good amount of disposable income. Given her taste of clothes, I don’t think she was a big saver. And I do think someone mentioned, maybe Nick, she been missing work when she started to become a Hex. IMO, by the time she moved out, she was out of funds. Why sleep in the car for one night? Why move in with Renard? Why stay in jail if she had bail money? If she wanted to prove a point in jail, why accept the bail out? Why stay in Kenneth’s suite? All signs of a woman out of cash. She might have been a powerful Hex but she was pimping off her services to the Royals not just for revenge but for profit. She only decided not to go with the Royals after she found out Nick was still alive. Nor was she aware of her new boy-toy Kenneth's demise.

Juliette would probably still have had credit cards for a hotel room. Sleeping in the car was probably meant to show how out of control she was spinning (usually, someone waking up in their car on TV happens the morning after a bender). But you can't use credit cards to bail yourself out of jail n Multnomah County; that's cash only.

But I think even Juliette working as a veterinarian would have savings. With respect to Adalind I do not think the same.
