Adalind is has a life of very limited freedom for years to come to protect her children (Law of Sacrifice). If she lives, she is likely at the end to go into hiding with them with some assistance from Nick and Sean. It seems Adalind has taken the role of mama Kelly not Juliette.
Eve still has all her family, her long term friends and self control. She has in my view the most to gain at the end of Grimm since I believe she will run her own business and have great freedom compared to all the other characters all due to not having children with Nick.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
