I guess it makes sense that the one piece was hidden to prevent him the ability to return, but why leave clues so a naïve Grimm could find it and parade it around town? Why not just bury the thing in the most unlikely place it would be discovered and vow to never speak of it again?
Plus, how does the prophesy fit? According to the storyline, a Grimm providing Z a way back to this dimension was destined to happen. Then there’s the child bride prophesy/strange religious reference. Of course, when the keys were introduced in S1 the storyline was directly connected to the Royals, not some otherworldly entity, and the super powerful child idea wasn't yet formed. So most of the S6 facts won’t cohesively tie in with earlier information about the keys.
