I disagree somewhat with Nick not accepting his destiny, Nick knows what his future entails, Nick could have walked away, followed the route of Rolek and pretended to be normal, and tried to live an ordinary life, but has chosen to follow his heritage. It is however his relationship with Juliette that is the concrete boots on his feet. First he lies to her about his Grimmness, then he suffers through the memory loss portion of their relationship, we then get Juliette flip-flopping around whether being involved with the Wesen world is a good thing or not and finally to cap it all Juliette blames Nick for the Adalind psychological manipulations. Had Nick been confident of his relationship with Juliette would he have really lied at the beginning about being a Grimm?. Nick stayed staunchly in love with her even though he was being frozen out during her mind wipe period and who was the greater victim in the final situation, yes Juliette was emotionally hurt, but Nick was emotionally and physically violated and on top of all that lost his powers.
I also do not think Trubel will have any trouble accepting her path, what she really needed to know was that she wasn't insane and the reason why she saw what she saw. She has that now, and more than that I think with her being the primary Grimm she will get the opportunity to learn the importance of protecting the people you care about and having them help and support you. She has never really had the opportunity to bond with people and now she can be more than a victim, she can become a strong, intelligent, yet feminine character, capable of standing toe to toe with anyone threatening her friends.
Doctor: You betrayed me … betrayed my trust. You betrayed our friendship, you betrayed everything that I’ve ever stood for. You let me down!
Clara: Then why are you helping me?
Doctor: Why? Do you think I care for you so little that betraying me would make a difference?
