Take Juliette when she exploded the guys head and took on the manticore she seemed to be straining. Even the fight with Adalind she was stronger but it still looking like it took a lot of effort. By the end of the season in the spice shop it seemed she needed to exert less effort to do things. During season five she seemed to need no effort to do things. They even showed her doing push up to strengthen her abilities. In comparison Adalind had to woge to move the vase. Eve was able to open doors without even flinching. But like I said that is how I see it. Based on how it is written there does not seem to be a solid rule on how telekinesis works. Take Diana for example. Not only does she not have to woge. She shows no signs of it being hard. Plus there seems to be no limit to what she can do. Diana wrapped up Rachael in the sheet. No other hexenbiest showed that much control.
It simply comes down to writers being inconsistent or at the very least trying to figure things out. Adalind in Season 3 didn't need to woge or even point at a vase to knock it over Renards Head and knock him out. So Adalind wouldn't need to woge to move a vase proven on 3 different occasions she just chose to woge. When Adalind got her powers back in Season 3 she was able to do things with ease even somethings without meaning to. Like when she Telekinetically pushed the cup away or when she blew the coffee shop lights out.
Writers were still trying to figure out Hexenbiest even at the end of the series. They didn't include Adalind's 3 powerful Grimoires until Season 6 although she supposedly had them since her mothers death in Season 2. Elizabeth considered Adalind a powerful Hexenbiest and Elizabeth could freeze time. We don't know the full capabilities of a Hexenbiest.
