Yes, he waited too long. I'm talking about that first night when Juliette came into the trailer when he was looking at some of the books. That was when he should have said something like, "Aunt Marie told me this incredible story that sounds really crazy, but it seems to explain some weird things I've been seeing." At that point, Aunt Marie was still alive and Nick could have told her he wasn't keeping any secrets from Juliette and demanded she tell them both.
