2. Sean or Adalind sent the two thugs to kill her Monroe stopped that one.
3. Sean or Adalind sent the the reapers Nick stopped that.
4. The reaper tried the second time and Mari died from exhaustion.
Quote:Juliette set up Kelly for death by sending a false email then answering the phone to tell her she was safe to enter the house. This is after she helped Kenneth set up the neighbor’s houses with his men. Once she realizes they are there not to just take Diana, but to kill her and she doesn’t lift a finger.this statement contradicts. you start of with how Juliette set up Kelly for death then you state when she realized they are there not to just take Diana. If she originally thought they only wanted Diana then she could not have though they where setting her up to die. As for Juliette doing nothing. There was a room full of heavily armed verat what could she have done.
There are three levals of responsibility for the deaths in question.
1. Mari Adalind using her own hand tried. Sean gave the orders. That is a direct cause with clear intent. Yet even in your post an excuse is made for why Sean and ADalind are not responsible.
2. Catherine Kelly went there for information.true. But she made it clear she was willing to do what ever was needed to get the answer she wanted. She had a clear intent on using physical violence to achieve her goal. When violence is on the table death is a possibility.
3. Kelly even in you post it was not to after the fact that she realized the goal was more then to get Diana. Up to the point where they actually killed Kelly like you said. Juliette did not have the intent on killing.
Quote:Kelly never had a chance like Catherine did. Nick, nor anyone else, set up Catherine for his mother to kill, like Juliette did to Kelly. To compare the two as the same is preposterous.Catherine did not have a chance. Kelly is a trained killer. What chance did Catherine have. Kelly going up against the verat. Kelly went up against more verat then that when she got Adalind and Diana out of Vienna. It is not like the shot her. It was hand to hand combat. Something that Kelly was a master at. What is preposterous is to distort the facts to fit your narrative. preposterous is you continuously state Juliette set Kelly up to die. Yet you admit Juliette did not know Kelly was going to die.Quote:Once she realizes they are there not to just take Diana, but to kill herYour own words. "Once she realized" by definition means she did not know before hand.
All of that has nothing to do with how the women are treated compared to how the men are treated or how the comments are being stated. Even in your post your are veryu critical of Juliette but you give Sean actions a passing statement of condemnation.
So, in your opinion it’s the intent that counts, not the results. I base my blame on results. Sean did not kill any of the Kessler sisters, including the live one that shows up, his mom. He was responsible to send someone for Marie, WTF did he have anything to do with Kelly. A big difference from setting up a trap for her. And having his hands bloodied and standing by while the killing was happening. Was Sean at the hospital or by the house assisting the reapers? Was Sean at the car accident that killed his mom’s stand in?
Juliette was well aware of the repercussions of her actions. I was being sarcastic about her naivete. She was more than well aware what was going to happen to her neighbors. She was present, a few steps away, while it was happening she did nothing. Remember, she was an all-powerful Hex. Kelly accidently killed Catherine because of her.
My post was to discount your post on placing blame. I never said that all these characters involved were innocent. All I did was show the level of their involvement in their actions. There is a difference between intent and accident. And there is a difference on how involved they were responsible for. As I said, Sean was a snake and smart enough to keep his distance for his dirty work.
As for Sean, I would have killed him off a few times, as I have posted it on other threads. I also have stated that Sean’s actions of betrayal to Meisner come close to what Juliette, and how they deserved each other.
In all the quotes you posted of me, you left out a few!
1) Juliette was the victim, big time.
2) I never forgave Sean for any of his shortcomings. And the As I stated, Sean was the biggest snake of them all.
3) In return for all her misfortunes, Juliette shags two of the Royals and help them Get their precious Diana.
4) And some wonder why I consider the character, Juliette, as one of the biggest idiots in the series
Maybe the women are treated more critical about their actions because they are directly involved.
The one character that I am more critical, then all the other characters is Juliette, that happens to be a woman.
Not because what she did, she did as a woman.
It’s WHOM SHE DID IT TO!
Yea, it’s that simple!
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
