However, if he didn't know it was Adalind, I would expect him to be upset enough to kill her. It's not just sex. Adalind stole Juliette's identity. Not only that, but she stole from Nick as well, not only his grimm but the intimacy he reserved for Juliette.
Nick had warning signs that it was not Juliette but he choose to ignore them. Adalind had called the day before and Nick knew Adalind's spells could change sexual behavior and it seemed to me Nick noticed that Juliette was not acting like herself. Juliette was the planner and be early type so it hard to see her wanting sex right before a wedding they both be in. Nick should have done special things for Juliette to make up for it.
It's asking a lot of a guy to perceive all of these things. Nick's got no reason to suspect it's not Juliette, because he's never seen anything like this. He's got no context to attach Adalind to this moment. It would be a logic leap of epic proportions, for him to connect these dots. And if your girlfriend is wanting to have sex with you, why look a gift horse in the mouth. It's no secret that men can often be a bit obtuse as to the motivations of women. So, if Juliette seems unusually frisky, he might find it to be a bit out of the blue, but I doubt it gave him much pause. Particularly because there is no obvious negative connotation. If Adalind's method of removing Nick's powers had been something really bizarre, like making him eat a bowl of soup or recite the entire alphabet backwards, I could see Nick thinking Juliette had been whammied. But generally speaking, guys are usually hoping their girlfriends want to have sex. And their not too particular about the when and where. Also, beyond what we see on screen, it's hard to say how Nick and Juliette dealt with this issue. But, given the chaos of that time, I can sort of imagine them going out of their way to avoid the discussion. If Nick makes a grand gesture, it hangs a sign on a topic, neither is keen on hashing out. That may not be healthy, but it's pretty indicative of some of the underlying problems in their relationship. Part of an unwillingness to fully open up about the things holding them back as a couple. It's safe to say, a lot of this was bubbling under the surface as Juliette became a Hexenbeist.
