I am not sure where you got that rendition from. As I recall, Adalind flirted with a guy from work, and was literally dripping after seeing Meisner again. Not exactly the behavior that women tend to exhibit when they have found their man. She may have wanted to be with Nick, but, Adalind clearly was capable of playing snuggle bunny with more than just Nick at that point in time.
By the time Trubel asks Adalind the question about whether she's in love with Nick, the way she stammers around the issue indicates that she's already there. Just not ready to say it out loud. And Adalind never came on to any other guys during this time. Unless the mere fact that she's attractive and charming makes her guilty.
