I agree with Adalind was trying to upset Juliette then and she told Viktor she did not enjoy it too. She was not talking to Nick so it had nothing do with ingratiating herself to him.

Both Adalind and Eve/Juliette are blamed equally. The potion connected Adalind and Eve/Juliette and neither were moving in the direction of happiness until the two of them started working together and both of them achieved their goals they had set for themselves at the end despite earlier making some terrible mistakes in their lives. I agree with both actresses that their characters moved in much better direction by the end of the show. All three actresses of Grimm grew as couples/families during the show too.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
