Some counties had magistrates who was more like a judge that a police officer. They had sheriffs but as I understand that role was for tax collecting not law enforcement. Remember the Kings were the only law until England 1215.(12-28-2016, 08:13 AM)jsgrimm45 Wrote:(12-28-2016, 07:50 AM)irukandji Wrote:First what we call a police force not sure it would apply in the Crusades, likely more a control force. This also maybe why the wesen fear Grimms from that time frame. After the Wesen Council (sorry forget the date) was formed we know they didn't use Grimms much because that is what Alexander said, we seen not likely because they feared Grimms would just kill the wesen, as we seen the council did that just fine.(12-28-2016, 07:48 AM)jsgrimm45 Wrote: When the royals used Grimm's it was the Crusades, because only Grimms could keep the wesens in check. So there was a police force of grimms, correct?
The council was also a wesen police force are they also sociopaths or do they understand there are two worlds and each world has to be taken as such.
If you can get a little more specific on this, js, I would appreciate it. The way I understand the crusades, men went off to fight the Holy Wars. I'm trying to find out what kind of protection remained in Europe. Does that make sense?
Okay, so the royals never used the grimms other than during the crusades and the grimms went off to fight the Holy Wars, right?
