New Guy, I will agree with you that Juliette betrayed Kelly via email. I will also agree that she betrayed the neighbors as well by revealing their locations to Kenneth.
However, Juliette told Nick she didn't know Kelly was going to be killed. Now we can speculate on what Juliette did or did not know. Speculation does not provide proof of what Juliette actually knew, however. We never saw Kenneth ever reveal detailed plans to Juliette or for that matter, anyone, about Kelly's outcome. I don't think he had detailed plans as he said something to the effect of "taking it outside".
There also are other statements that reflect Kenneth himself didn't plan on murdering Kelly.
Kenneth comes in and, if I recall correctly, he says, "we got her" meaning Kelly and "we got her" meaning Diana. I may have those statements backwards and not paraphrased correctly, but you get the meaning.
Kenneth made those statements to Juliette. If Juliette was involved in planning Kelly's death, would there be any need for Kenneth to tell her they got Kelly and they got Diana? It seems a rather redundant statement if all this planning took place so that he could kill her easily, don't you think?
This is a very interesting statement. It makes me wonder if HW didn't decapitate her, ensuring Nick would be so enraged he would definitely pursue them for revenge.
And this also makes me wonder.....was HW planning on Nick being killed that night?

The scene does not show Kenneth bringing Kelly's decapitated head into the house, however it was there when Nick returns.

The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
