Renard has been in the field at several points throughout the show. He has been dealing with wesen his entire life. Renard has even taken part in taking down creatures that aren't wesen, such as Volcanalis. He's no less equipped to deal with scary wesen than Nick is and Juliette startled him so that being held against Nick isn't fair.
Juliette would've gotten carte blanche as well if she had no idea what she was doing and there was a way to turn her back to normal immediately. She gets more blame because she knew what she was doing. That's the whole point. You may have missed my post where I said a person who gets their drinks spiked with potent alcohol should not be held responsible for whatever they do afterwards because they would truly have no idea what they were doing and had no intention of consuming any alcohol.
The key difference with Nick and Renard as compared to Juliette was that they could be stopped. They were only a danger until they were cured. Juliette may have had her negative feelings amplified at the most but she definitely had free will. It was her own choice to burn down the trailer, lure Kelly back to Portland, and give Kenneth info on when their neighbors would be home. I never said Juliette receives all the blame for becoming a Hexenbiest. Did you notice I didn't blame her for trying to drop that gargoyle on Adalind's head? But, the gang shouldn't be held responsible for her reign of terror. That's all on her. Juliette could resent them for the rest of her life and refuse to come into contact with them again and I wouldn't blink an eye but she decided to cause a lot of damage to them so that's where my empathy ends.
I'm not certain Adalind was treated like a human being when she went to the precinct. Nick said he didn't want anything to do with her until she revealed she was pregnant and could concoct a suppressant. He didn't actually care about her as a person in her own right. Nick still made a sly comment about her death being a good thing and didn't see why he should protect her from Juliette.
It didn't make a difference for Juliette to ask him to kiss her or not. The relationship was doomed already. Even if what you say about Nick is true, it doesn't detract from Juliette checking out already and referring to him as just a Grimm whose job it is to hunt down wesen in the next episode.
