Take your main claim. Juliette killed Nicks mom. That's an exaggeration. Juliette provided information that resulted in Kelly's death. A big difference then killing his mom. The information was not provided with the intention of facilitating death. Remember Juliette had not heard of or seen Kenneth kill or threaten anyone. Be different if the plan was to kill Kelly but the plan was to kidnap Diana. Using viewers perspective of Kenneth to demonize Juliette for sleeping with Kenneth is a distortion of the situation. When Juliette sleep with Kenneth she was not with Nick and all she knew about Kenneth. He was a powerful royal who could help her with being a hexenbiest. The same with sleeping with Sean. Juliette had left Nick. To make an argument that Juliette sleeping with Sean or Kenneth has anything to do with her being despicable. Can only be made from some distorted moral perspective. You have posted the position that Juliette is evil because she began to enjoy being a hexenbiest. By definition that says you advocate she should have rejected being a hexenbiest. That would mean reject who she is. You have stated the group is the hero for trying to force Juliette to drank a potion created by Adalind. And it was Juliette who was being unreasonable for wanting to stay a hexenbiest. Even though we now see the potion was not a cure. And being a hexenbiest has save her and Nicks life a few times.
So you you base your opinions on the meaning of "is?"
She knowingly participated in every atrocity that Nick had to endure. In particular, the transcripts reveal this fact:
Rispoli: To be honest, sir, I didn't really think she'd go this far.
Kenneth: I'm not certain there's a limit to what she'll do.
Kenneth: [He comes back inside with blood on his face] We got her. [Looking at Diana] And we've got her.
Kenneth: All in all, I'd say this has been a rather good night.
Nick: [He holsters his gun, slowly walks over to the box, looks at it for a few moments, and opens it, finding his mom's head] No.
[Hank and Trubel look inside the box]
Nick: No. [He gasps and slowly slides to the ground against a cabinet, trembling. He then starts screaming] No! No! No!
Kenneth: May I present Miss Juliette Silverton, without whose help this would not have been possible. Juliette, this is King Frederick Von—
Frederick: That's plenty. I cannot thank you enough. You will be well taken care of. A whole new life awaits you in Vienna. I've always had a soft spot for Hexenbiests.
Kenneth: Clear everyone out, meet me back at the hotel, and we'll deal with this. [He hangs up. To the King] I promise I'll take care of the Grimm.
Frederick: I suggest you keep that promise.
Kenneth: [To Juliette] Where would he be?
Juliette: He's looking for me.
Bud: Oh, I'm serious. Nick really needs you right now. I just can't believe they killed his mother.
I have underlined and bolded the parts you chose to ignore.
In the Grimm Wikia synopsis of the murder scene note Juliette's participation:
Quote:Kelly arrived at Nick and Juliette's home, thinking Nick was in danger because of an email Juliette had sent her. ("You Don't Know Jack") Before getting out of her car, she called Nick's house. Juliette answered the phone and said, "Thank God you're here," adding that she was home, but Nick was not there. Kelly then got out of her car and approached Nick's house with Diana in her arms. She entered the home and asked for Juliette but was soon ambushed by several Verrat agents lurking nearby. They began fighting, and landing blows and screams could be heard from Nick and Juliette's bedroom, where Juliette was standing. Kenneth was then heard saying, "Let's take this outside," and soon thereafter, the fight quieted down. Kenneth soon reentered the home with blood spatter on his face and told Juliette, who had made her way downstairs and found Diana, "We got her," referring to Kelly.
In case you missed it,
Quote:"We got her," referring to Kelly.
Quote:Kenneth: [He comes back inside with blood on his face] We got her. [Looking at Diana] And we've got her.By "we" he includes Juliette as a participant in the murder. Juliette's silence indicates she knows she participated in the murder. She is GUILTY !
I suspect that season 6 will present a come to Jesus scene with Juliette confessing her guilt to Nick. Lacking that her character will remain forever infamous.
