It is not if Juliette will or will not charm Nick just like it was not if Nick would or would not kill juliette. But if it is a concern then it is something that would effect your actions. The argument of that does not match their personality. Only holds true if people were not subject to irrational actions.
I will argue Renard is NOT a true villain. When we first meet Nick and Sean. Sean is a Royal / Zauberbiest, and Nick is a Grimm. As Sean told Kelly the only reason he tried to kill Mari. "Shes a Grimm". Like Sean told Acker when Acker say Nick will kill his sister "That is what Grimms do". This is the ideology that Sean was acting on. And just like Sean also told Kelly if he knew then what he knows now he would have done it a different way.
So if you consider all the facts both where villains. Grimms kill first ask questions later. Sean was kiil before you get killed.
We have come to see Nick is not that kind of Grimm but before Sean started working with Nick, he did not know that. If Sean was a true villian he would have never teamed with Nick. Or risk his life to save Juliette.
