Not really. Kelly said she had a destiny for good or for evil and for some reason, because of this, suddenly she's the special hexenbiest. Yet for all her specialness, she manages to display for the most part, a completely lack of specialness.
I would think that if this kid were the end to all means that her own mother would recognize her as something that doesn't come along every now and then. Yet, for all of those so called extraordinary powers, what does Adalind focus on? That the child is a royal and was proven to be a royal. Adalind doesn't treat her as though she's the one and only special equipped and totally powerful hexenbiest. Adalind treats her like a child.
Even in the epilogue, she's not shown as anything special. She's just a young woman who appears to be in a hurry.
