There are even those that argue that narrative is a character lying. I ask do you people really understand how that sounds. By definition narrative can not be a lie. Narrative is the writers giving us information, clearing up a point of view. Providing understanding to what has happened.
Syscrash, I didn't quote the entire post because this is the portion that I really wanted to ask you a question about as I ran into another of the same type of thread yesterday. What I am talking about are threads where the actors themselves give an interview and leak "spoilers" about the series and the characters and provide a somewhat different description of the character that is seen on screen.
For instance, the recent interview that was posted with David Guintoli. I hope I spelled his name correctly. In the interview, David made comments about how (and I am paraphrasing here) 'Nick's gotta know that Juliette killed his mother, as Eve'. This sounds convoluted but I take it David was trying to say that Eve somewhere knows in her mind that Juliette killed Kelly. This has set off speculation that Juliette was part of the conspiracy to kill Kelly. I do not believe she was because there was nothing pointing to that in the episode.
I'm not pumped on actor interviews to begin with. I think they're hyped as a way of promoting the series and so these actors often "leak" things that are not true. However, this particular interview with David was done after the episodes occurred. He was for the most part, contradictory to what occurred. What is your thought about when these actors come out and state supposed insights into the character that are completely different than the episode?
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
