And that is, without a doubt, the most likely reasons why a sequel never came to pass. What I have found is that, for all of the outcry for a sequel, most people don't talk about what episode or episodes made the series so great in their mind. Instead, most of the talk I have seen has been of a sensationalism slant.
You and I recently discussed the Grimm Knights, and I don't think I would be out of line in saying the discussion was an interesting one. But no one came out of the woodwork to chime in. And there are people signing on from time to time. We've both seen it while we've been signed on.
However, if I were to talk about all of Adalind's rotten attributes (and there are a lot), and then add a poll for people to rate the attributes from most rotten to just rotten, there would be an outcry. Not today, probably not tomorrow, but I have no doubt that in the future, someone would voice shock over stating that Adalind is a rotten character.

The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
