Would have been much better if Meisner had arrived in Portland at the beginning of S05 to tell Sean about Viktor's deal with the resistance and Sean Toub had been the head of one of the other six royal families intent on taking his shot at wresting Nick's key from him. All the actors who played BC soldiers could have been used as a new squad of verrat reporting to the new royal big bad.
BC was like a WWII movie where 2/3 of the way in the Germans throw Hitler out of an airplane and make a deal with the Allies to end the war, and all of a sudden Don Vito Corleone decides that the Mafia should conquer the world...
I thought the BC premise was an outstanding one, but it should have started much earlier in the series to give it time to organize and grow. We never heard what happened to them overseas or even in the other cities in the US that were attacked. I know the series is about Nick, but if they were showing us that BC was a threat to be very concerned with, it would have been nice to know.
