I don't know if the deserve each other. But it was the one good thing that happened to Adalind. To have someone that helped her change who she is. She was good for Nick because Adalind helped him deal with the lost of Juliette.
If the show had continued I would have loved to see a character reversal. In the first few season Adalind was working for Sean. Would loved to see Sean working for Eve. With Eve resurrecting and running HW. Having Sean have to come to Eve for protection from BC retaliation for his betrayal. In Sean fashion he would take the position he did it for the group.

First, for being the master puppeteer behind Adalind and her mother, for being the catalyst for ruining Juliette’s life and screwing up her relationship with Nick, even more that Juliette did on her own. Second, Eve would revenge Meisner’s death by Bonaparte with Captain Renard at the helm of the ship, not just as a Police Captain, that made it all happen.

For wish lists, anything goes but It's hard to see Renard working for Eve if there was to be a season 7. Considering that they restored Renard back to top dog in Portland, I don't see him being relegated to work under Eve. They did that with Bonaparte and BC. See how quickly that was fixed in season 6. Plus, HW abandoned Eve and chose to work with just Trubel (and only 'grimms to do what grimms do') after whatever time and money was spent to make her Eve. I doubt they would give HW to Eve to run if they resurrected HW in Portland for whatever new reasons. BC was declared to be completely defeated, every last cell, by Trubel in season 6. They would probably want Eve as an ops agent/weapon like before if they reopened shop. However, going back to work for HW makes sense, since she says she found her purpose as Eve doing what she was doing for HW. She should leave HW high and dry as soon as she gets another job though.

HW need to restore order and it is best to put another "Council Wesen"
and for that they need Eve among others . that they are like bodyguards and there are people choosing the new members. new laws

I actually liked Juliette and Nick as a couple, at least in the earlier seasons. Although I did find Monroe and Rosalee's relationship to be much more interesting than theirs. Disliked Adalind in the earlier seasons for causing so much trouble although I loved her funny one liners. However, I'm glad Nick and Adalind ended up together. I enjoyed watching their relationship grow and develop much more than I did Juliette's and Nick's. I like their coupling as much as I did Monroe and Rosalee's. Their relationship made sense to me as Nick and Adalind both had a lot in common, which I've already addressed in another thread about why they clicked as a couple. I do agree that Nick was part of Adalind's redemption, although her children also played a huge role in it. Adalind was good for Nick because he finally had someone who was willing to accept him for who he was, who showed him loyalty and was not afraid to show how much she loved him. She gave him comfort in times of need, and she and Kelly were basically his rock when he was grieving from the loss of his mother and Juliette.
