It's like Diana saying there's wesen to kill meaning the ones they're about to face because they're that big of a threat. It doesn't mean they're going to go searching like Dexter because they want to find wesen to kill to satisfy their bloodlust.
Juliette was not saying her purpose in life was to kill. She wanted to kill Big Z just like everyone else attempted to do. It's not like Juliette was thinking killing Big Z leaves her free to kill as much as she wants.
Thank you, Hell Rell.
The entire series is based on death, murder and killing. I have referred to the kill list:
http://grimm.wikia.com/wiki/Deaths_and_Kills
There are 123 episodes with a total of over 466 killed. If my count is correct, only nine episodes did not have a death.
With so much death it is clear killing is a main theme for Grimm. I refer you to post #7 of the "Gone too soon" thread where I presented:
Quote:I Believe Nick appeared in all 123 episodes. FrankenEve appeared in only 30. Their kills per episode are Nick 0.44, FrankenEve 0.8. Her kill rate is almost double that of Nick's!Feel free to check all the characters, however you will likely find that FrankenEve has the highest kills per episode.
Irukandji copied the script wherein FrankenEve declares:
Quote:I have a strength and a purpose that I never had before. She makes it clear that what made Nick happy back when Juliette was his FWB is not part of her "purpose":
Quote:Happy doesn't interest me anymore, Nick. It just gets in the way.She makes it clear what her immediate "purpose" is:
Quote:I can't kill Zerstoerer alone. It's gonna take both of us.Killing Zerstörer is her purpose. Even though the Wooden Woman attained the highest kills per episode, she ended up dying herself.
G&K revived Ma Kelly and Aunt Marie who team up with Nick as the Family Grimm to defeat Zerstörer. Another example of forgetting that death is permanent?
After Zerstörer is defeated and the rest of the cast is back to life did FrankenEve indicate she found another "purpose?"
