IMO Nick loves Rosalee, Monroe and Eve.I’m not assuming anything that changes the official S6 storyline. I only offered an alternate version that would have basically played out the same had Nick and Adalind not been in a romantic relationship, but rather, loved each other as the parents to their son and were friends/allies.
In "The End", Diana, Trubel, Marie and mama Kelly said that Z had only attacked the people that Nick loved to get the stick therefore Diana never would have sense any danger for herself during season 6. In season 6, if Adalind was not in love with Nick once Sean got his own place Adalind could have lived at Sean's much better than the loft.
Diana, Sean and the Russian women would have never seen the symbols in the tunnel and since Diana was not at risk since Nick did not love her the symbols would say someone like Eve or Rosalee was in danger. People Nick loved.
In season 5, Adalind let Rosalee use her mother's book at the spice shop so one way or another Eve could have gotten Adalind's mother books since Adalind was not very attached to the books.
Trubel sensed Adalind loves Nick in "Wesen Nacht" 606 before Nick even sees Juliette.
Unless I’m not remembering it correctly, you’re combining Zerstörer’s separate objectives. Zerstörer killed Nick’s loved ones to break him down emotionally so he’d willingly give him the stick. The prophesy Renard’s contact referenced wasn’t connected to Nick, or any Grimm, it was about Diana as Zerstörer’s child bride. Kelly believed in S3 that because of how Diana came to be, she was destined for great good or great evil. Zerstörer sought out Diana because of her powers, because she was ‘special’, not because she was with Nick.
In the alternate scenario, Nick and Adalind having a caring relationship because of Kelly would have kept the lines of communication open. Because they loved Kelly and cared about each, Nick would also care that Zerstörer was after Diana. Specific information might come to light differently, but it would be learned and shared as the storyline progressed.
Based on Diana’s powers, it not unreasonable that she would have seen the symbols in her mind as well as sensing something about Juliette without being in Nick’s loft. Diana knew whatever Juliette saw in the mirror was dangerous, but she didn’t express fear until after Zerstörer came into this world.
One thing to consider is that everyone initially believed Zerstörer only wanted to come to this world for Diana. They didn’t learn until the latter part of the finale that Zerstörer wanted the stick. Diana told them that Zerstörer didn’t find the cabin by tracking/sensing her, but that he followed the stick, which Nick was carrying, to the cabin. So it’s reasonable that Renard, Adalind, and the children wouldn’t have been in any direct danger had they temporarily left Portland instead of hiding out in the cabin. Nick, Kelly, Marie, and Trubel would have still defeated Zerstörer and Nick would have reset the timeline.
