Nick has wanted to kill Adalind twice as far as I can remember. One was clear and the other is up for interpretation. The first time was when Hank was on the brink of death. The second time was right after the Biest fight though that can be heavily debated. I guess Nick pointing his gun at Juliette when he thought Adalind was impersonating her again can be thrown in there as well. The common thing tying these instances together was Adalind harming his loved ones. That's what got Nick all riled up. He wouldn't kill Adalind over something she did to him personally.
I wasn't only talking about Nick's intimacy, I was talking about Adalind taking Juliette's identity. If you believe Juliette didn't mean that much to Nick and he wouldn't be angry over that, then that's fine.
