I didn't detect any hatred in Adalind's voice. It had more to do with attempting to butter Juliette up and pretending to be a friendly voice so she would feel more comfortable around her. Adalind was working her way up to asking about Marie because she couldn't do it outright because they hadn't built that type of rapport yet. She then started to grow a bit impatient because she hadn't gotten the location of the trailer yet.
Adalind acted friendly with Hank earlier in the episode in order to distract him from the incoming ambush. She was all smiles and platitudes with him as well. There was also an extra dose of cleavage bared just in case that wasn't enough.
Adalind didn't really have a reason to hate Juliette back then and I never got that impression. She was of no threat to Adalind and was the perfect person to use to both torment Nick and get the location of the trailer. I've said before that Juliette wasn't a person to Adalind in those days. She was just the best vessel she could use to carry out her plans. This includes getting back at Nick, learning about the trailer and its location so she could find the key, and to "interrogate" so she could find Diana.
Juliette's part in kidnapping Diana was the only reason Adalind could harbor animosity towards Juliette herself but that didn't happen until the middle of season 4. That was also when Juliette kicked her ass and that's when Adalind really had something against her. She wanted the royals to take care of Juliette at that point because she became a clear threat to her. And that's on top of Juliette refusing to tell her anything that would help her locate Diana.
