Both Nick and Hank at the start of Grimm thought Adalind was an attractive women but once they were hurt by her they had other negative feelings too.

Didn't that Russian women in season 6 basically call Sean a man slut when she asked him if he knew who the mother of his child was.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
