Viktor didn't care, that's why he was replaced by Kenneth, who used the pregnancy against Adalind by siccing Juliette on her. It wouldn't be any different only this time no Hexenette. Kenneth would no doubt come up with a way to use that pregnancy to get what he wanted. Adalind couldn't remain with the royals and be safe, more so if they discovered Nick wad the father of her baby.
Adalind would have taken Juliette to Kenneth, not Viktor and tried to escape with this new baby before giving the royals or Nick any chance to take the baby away from her like last time. How far she runs is the question, not far I imagine. She had no friends or resources. Nick was human, he couldn't offer her any protection that she as a hexenbiest couldn't. Kenneth didn't care about Adalind, just finding Kelly's location with Diana and as I said he could go to Nick with the news of Adalind being pregnant, or whatever, threatening to kill her child before it's even born and without knowing the absolute truth, Nick could never risk it. He'd be compelled to save/protect Adalind on the same basis as before but not from Juliette.
