Over coming the visions of trying to remember Nick without going crazy. Remember she has now idea this is the new normal. She does not know that what is happening is something done to her. Her only rational explanation is it is in her head. So her being able to maintain her sanity shows strength. After that most people would have ran the other way. Juliette took the red pill and down the wesen rabbit hole she went. I wonder if she would have taken it if she new Hexenbiest was at the bottom of the Juliette hole.(01-28-2016, 06:57 PM)Robyn Wrote: Male fantasy with a heavy dash of ick. And no, this isn’t meant to make you feel better. It just is what it is because that’s what the writers wanted to do.
Sometimes I hate myself for getting addicted to this show. I'm no feminist - not by a long shot - but even this made me feel queasy.
"Eve" has the same problems; on the surface, she SEEMS to be about female empowerment, but really, she came to be what she is now through Meisner/HW's beatings. Juliette couldn't be allowed to master her powers on her own. She had to be put on a leash.
OK have her going into a rage for being kidnapped. But have her calm down and come to them to make her the best hexenbiest she can be. From that point make the training tough I mean really tough. Just like the hoopes Adalind had to jump through to get her powers back. Make Eve training just as memorable.
Embrace your inner Biest..... We all have one
