The way I see it, the writers have two choices:
A) Juliette is either fully cured, or has her inner Hexenbiest quelled to the point where she can rejoin the good guys. Unfortunately, the damage has been done, and most of them will never entirely trust her again (especially Rosalee). Juliette would then have to do everything in her power to earn their forgiveness.
B) They kill her and be done with it.
Keeping Juliette as a villain throughout the rest of the series just isn't an option. As we've already seen online, many fans already had their own issues with the character long before she "Hexed out," and this latest development has only thrown gasoline on the fire. Too many people will be screaming "just fucking kill the bitch!!" at their television screens to enjoy any episode of season 5. That's classic ratings suicide.
