After Juliette became aware the wesen do exist. Her first statement to Nick was she did not want to be left out anymore. She started asking about the wesen cases, she went to the trailer to hit the books learning what she was dealing with. When Nick lost his powers Juliette did seem to start thinking they could go back to a "normal life". Juliette soon realized that Nick being a Grimm and all that entailed was the new normal.
The show spent four seasons case after case pushing tolerance. It would be hypocritical for Nick to hang onto the Grimm / Hexenbiest prejudice. I would like Nick and Juliette to become the example of tolerance. Just like with each reveal Nick has to go out of his way to get wesen to not react to their preconceived prejudices. Use Nick and Juliette to show if a Grimm and Hexenbiest can get along then so can what ever two sides are feuding
