I know Hank and Wu worked with Nick before he became a grimm. That wasn't my point. I posed the question of whether Hank would want to partner with Nick if Nick lost his grimm or if Wu would want to associate with him if he lost his grimm.
You seem to be under the impression that Hank and Wu's lives haven't been changed once Nick became a grimm. That's not true. So why would you think that if Nick reverts to a true human, Hank and Wu are still going to want to partner/associate with him?

Monroe became friends with Nick *because* he was a grimm. It's doubtful that he would remain friends with Nick if Nick became a permanent, true human. Why would he? The allure of having a grimm as a pal is gone. They have nothing in common any longer. As for Rosalee, she goes where Monroe goes. If he doesn't hang with Nick, she wouldn't either.
Typical. Assuming everyone who had anything to do with Nick was false and selfish, only hanging with Nick to benefit. No true friendships… They were almost as bad as Nick then – who (according to you) was a needy sociopath living a lie. Hank was Nick’s best friend before he because a Grimm, but you think he would turn his back on him if he lost his powers. Why? Hank and Wu would still need to deal with wesen-related crimes, but instead of working with Nick, who knew what was going on, they would be working with someone who was clueless. Monroe and Nick became friends because Nick was a Grimm but had gone true more together in a year than most people do in their entire lifetime. But if Monroe suddenly shoot Nick out, I’m sure Rosalee would slap some sense into him, remind him of his own words, that if it was not for Nick, they would never have met. What about Trubel, Nick was her idol, almost considered a big brother and the person who gave her a life (as she put it). Would she abandoned him, and if not, would not the scoobies be able to continue as they did in the 6 episodes Nick was not a Grimm? Do you have ANY support for your crazy theory that their where no true friendships… or is this anti- grimm /grimm- hate on steroids? What you suggest is that Nick was such a bad person, that if he was not a Grimm, no one would have wanted anything to do with him, not even his closest friends. So, it’s also Nick hate on steroids.

Oh please. Juliette herself told Nick it would be dangerous for him to sleep next to her and close his eyes. Henriette also warned Nick. He had become an experienced Grimm, why would he put his life in jeopardy? Juliette was clearly unstable. Her behavior did not exactly say “come and sleep with me”. Nick had been bending backwards for her in 4 seasons. He wanted to help Juliette, but he also had to figure out what was really going on. Besides, that first night on the couch, Nick thought he could help Juliette by using his Grimm- blood. Why risk his life by jumping into bed with her? Nick's later experiences with Adalind and Eve were irrelevant, because Juliette was already at full speed towards the cliff.
