I thought, "Well if you acknowledge all that and won't forgive Juliette for what she did as Juliette then why should Nick."
But when I re-watched the episode, I thought she was right in telling Nick not to feel responsible (and sorry) for her. She was like forget that, dude you already moved on, I acknowledge things happened, I don't need anything from you and you get nothing from me as well. I've moved on too! Good for her.
"Moving on" is exactly what's helped to destroy this show. Nick "moved on" from Adalind raping him. Rosalee "moved on" from Juliette forcing Nick to almost shoot Monroe. Adalind "moved on" from the group kidnapping her child. This series isn't interested in actually resolving any of these issues, it just shrugs its shoulders and hopes the audience won't pick up on them. Juliette's "apology" in this episode was insincere and stupid, but the writers don't care.
The waters are very murky in Grimm land and the writers have stuck to their Juliet is dead premise.
