Very good episode. Another episode where there was a crossover between the WoW story and BC. Noticed that the wesen who killed Xavier and the wesen who was the serial killer in this episode both showed their wesen selves to kehresite.
And, of course, both humans were traumatized by the experience. They were both BC, because we were shown that the guy in the jail cell was one and this one was at the wesen meeting Monroe attended and he was the owner of the lumber store. As we know, one of the acts forbidden by the WC was wesen showing their identity in public. BC grows bolder.
Comic relief was provided by the homeless guy who identified a photo of one of the victims by observing that if he knew he was going to get murdered, he would have told him not to go. Hank's expression was priceless. Renard's line about his uncle that loved rituals, but got burned at the stake, wasn't too shabby either.
Hank's determination to wait and see about joining HW shows his usual good judgement about getting the real facts before charging into the fray, but I'm hoping he will be the one who sees it's the best choice and the others will agree. It's really appears to be a choice between which is the lesser evil, but don't see how the gang can not agree to hook up with HW. Imo, Trubel was right when she told Nick that HW needed to know who they could count on and that someone who was in Portland who was instrumental in killing off opponents of BC in many countries (I was especially angry at the vicious murder of the woman who gave shelter to wesen wives of husbands who abused them). I believe the HW is fighting the real enemy, namely Black Claw. Hoping something happens to convince the gang to believe in HW's mission soon. But I'm wondering how they're going to identify this dangerous Black Claw assassin; maybe visually first in the streets around town, then through the internet.

Boy, I'd tell Meisner anything he wanted, what with Eve standing in the room and all. She is scary. (I'm one who loves the wigs, though, they conceal her former identity enough to avoid being recognized by former aquaintances, imo.)
Poor Wu, he has to the first on the scene in answer to calls about crucified bodies and stuff. Enough to make a fella lose his sense of humor.
Bet Rosalee's old boyfriend is a member of BC. It was good to see the gang working together again to get a handle on what they were dealing with on a case.
It was so eerie that it started raining after that brutal ritual was completed. As I've stated before I'm not a big believer in coincidence, but I hope that was just what it was this time. Don't know if that last scene between him and Nick showed Hank's growing doubts about his part in things, but it was subtle if it was.
