season 3 episode 17 & 18 really created some of the most ironic connections based on past and future actions. You had Kelly rescuing Adalind who's mother she killed. Brought Adalind back to Nick's who took her powers. Needed Juliette's help who Adalind put in a comma. Sean is the father, Nick's captain, an a zauberbiest. Hank gets included and is connected because he sleep with Adalind and thought the child might have been his. Even Juliette who is intimidated by Adalind later gets to intimidate Adalind in the same house. Watching Hanks reaction about Sean having a baby with Adalind knowing Nick will be there in a few episodes. Watching Nick talk about Sean being with Adalind knowing he will be with her soon. I wonder if episode 17 & 18 was planed. Or did someone just happened to be looking back and see how they could make all of these paths and events cross. I wonder if they do it again in season 6. Another thing I wonder. It seems every negative statement made is turned around to apply to another character in later episodes. These two episodes where like a present for those that watch the show regularly. The fans get the ironic references that the casual viewer would not understand.
Hank is relieved that he is not.Nick already considered that it would be of the captain by obvious reasons(That they were together)Do not know that was with Eric.Could be both your parents?-Eric and Sean.
It is not known how the cream of "Hexenbiest "acted on the baby. There are real cases in science,Like the one I learned that led them to believe that the mother was not her biological mother. It turns out that it was discovered that in the maternal uterus had absorbed the fetus of a twin and then had two "ADN"
The show did have dialog where the characters express uncertainty of Diana being Sean's or Eric. But with the show having Adalind sleep with Sean then immediately take a pregnancy test indicates the show is making Diana Sean's.

Eric according to Kenneth , when he found out Adalind was pregnant and she told him it was Eric...he later confronted her as a liar because the baby could not be Eric's because he was sterile..so it left no doubt that Sean was indeed the father

Victor was sterile so he could not be the father of Kelly.

Sorry Kenneth told Adalind when she was pregnant the 1st time , that the baby was Eric's and then Kenneth told her she could not had a child with Vicktor because he was sterile
The royals where Eric and Viktor during the time of Diana. it was Viktor and Kenneth during the time of Kelly.

Ken is season 4 and Eric is season 2 and some 3 and Victor is season 3 and some 4. Adalind used a pregnancy test after sex with Sean in "Face Off" season 2 to find out she was pregnant. In "Bad Luck", Henriette told her she was pregnant and she realized the father was Nick.

They rushed the Nick and Adalind relationship. The question was this to explain Adalind changing sides or was it to actual create a relationship. With Nick and Juliette the show tested the relationship. Juliette was never the cause of the conflict. With Nick and Adalind the show is in the middle of their first and only conflict. A conflict created by Adalind. The show has always been action creates reactions. the action is Adalind left the reaction is Eve is back. For Adalind to come back. To remove Eve there would need to be an action. Plus where would the put Eve. It is not likely they would create another set for her to live this late in the game. But there is the option for Eve and Adalind to switch. Adalind goes back to the fome and Eve goes to Sean's.

Without knowing Juliette's motivation at the end of season 4. It is impossible to say if Eve would go to Sean. It is not like Juliette has not gone to Sean. She has even sleep with Sean. Which surprised me that as Juliette was leaving the police station she did not even look at Sean. I had expected a knowing glance.

I see the relationship as depending more on what they do with Eve then what they do with Nick or Adalind. There are reason why Nick and Adalind would not be together. There is also the reason that they want to be together. We don't know anything of what Eve wants. we don't even know what she thinks. Eve no longer has HW. She has now been cured by the stick which now has seemed to change her.

I hope they don't do an entire season of Nick and Adalind working to get back together with constant obstetrical. At the same time Nick and Eve being put into situations to rekindle what they had. Just so we have to wait to the end before we know who wins. They say Nick makes a choice early. That does not mean that is the end game.

Because the show does not let us get to know the characters we can not make a judgement based on the character. We only try to figure out which situation works.
