The beginning of that clips confirms no one guessed where season 6 is going. For one they are all together including Sean and Eve. Sounds like it is Nick and Sean saying they came to an agreement. It also sounds like Sean is no longer working with his group. The clip says primer b roll and the clap board says 601. This puts Adalind and Sean back with the group from the beginning. It does suggest Adalind and Diana will stay at the mansion. With Eve staying at the fome.

I think they were forced to come to an understanding without a choice. "As Renard said they will stick to everything they said on the news." It seems to me both of them were under pressure. I believe they both called a truce for a certain period of time and still enemies to avoid the media pressure or Ranks since he is elected mayor. Nick must have given him a very difficult time, after everything that has happened with all the killing in the station and fome will be hard to media control even for Renard.
What ever happened between them both affected everyone in the gang. With regards to Adalind, if this is just 6.01, I believe Nick still went to get back Adalind and Kelly truce or no truce, being it thier own personal and internal issue and does not attract the media.
Now if it it was 6.03, then Adalind will tell Renard she wants to go back to Nick using the Truce agreed between both men as an advantage but seems it is not.

According to the CC, if it is even correct. something he said not clear there -> like Renards gonna.....stick to everything I said on the news",
Renard also mentioned saying "we all have our Jobs back", not Nick saying it.
So, seems they must have been having pressure coming from some where else.
Sean said I am not going to stick to everything I said on the News. Eve then ask so you are not on the run. That the deal. Hank then asked what about use. Sean says we all have our jobs Nick. Hank says Renard is the captain. That explain why all the credits till the end refer to him as captain and not mayor.
So all the hype about Sean being the big bad must only apply to part of episode one. Seeing how they are all working together. I am still going to hold on to season 6 being about some mystical quest that is part of Diana destiny. A quest that the stick is a key to.

Something came into mind. How long does it take in the States to hand over the sit to a newly elected political candidate? 2 to 3 months? If so we may see more of Captain Renard and no Mayor Renard since its just 13 episodes.
Unless the hand over is immediate or they do a time jump.
