If Sean was sticking to what he said. Then the deal makes no sense. Nick not being on the run would not make since. If Nick was not their then Hank statement of not being on the run makes no sense. Nick is the only fugitive

They are cops in 601. The clips says they have their jobs and Sean is captain. The might have been suspended for helping Nick. This clips they all end up back on the force. And Nick no longer on the run
