Just before she attacked Nick, she said something about still loving him but by then it no longer mattered, she hated him so much more. If Juliette was completely gone why would the hexenbiest feel anything at all for Nick, be it love or hate and that goes for his friends too. If the hexenbiest is a completely new being in Juliette's body and Juliette isn't there anymore, it doesn't explain what Hexenette did. She did all of those things because of how she felt as Juliette. It was Juliette's anger, her resentment. The hexenbiest simply expressed those feelings outwardly and in deadly manner. Juliette's not dead, she's simply possessed by a spirit of some kind feeding off her emotions.
There is nothing of Juliette in Hexenette. If you believe she was lying when she told Nick she didn't know Kelly was going to be killed then it could also be argued she was lying when she made the statement to Nick that maybe she loved him. Henrietta pointed it right out to Nick. She kissed Nick, showing him that his emotions could lead him into death. Nick fell for it, he would have boinked Henrietta if she continued with her game. There's nothing of the old Juliette in Hexenette. I'm not saying the memories aren't there. However, this is a show about magic. Part of taking complete and utter control might involved keeping the memories in case they're needed, as in to lie to someone, to manipulate someone, to pretend to be something one is not. That's what hexenbiests do.
Juliette is not to blame for Kelly's betrayal. Hexenette is. They are not one in the same.
