[font=Verdana] Hello. I'm new to this forum and I do love some good spoilers! Here are some questions I have about this Season.
1. Who is the new blonde Hexenbeist? I believe this will be answered in episode 2. Everyone seems to say Sean's mom, and it has been said that Sean's mom will be in Season 4, but right now I have to say that I believe it is in fact not his mom, but his wife. Since the very first episode Renard has worn a wedding ring. At comic con 2013 before season 3, a fan asked about the ring and David said it was a Royal ring; well Bitsie chimed in, no, he does wear a Royal ring but on his right hand. After she said this the entire cast made a huge fuss shhing, and David joking asked if someone could turn her mic off. I thought that would have been addressed in Season 3, but I really think it will come up this season! Another interesting tidbit comes from an interview with David Greenwalt saying this Hexenbeist is Elizabeth Lascelles, "a mysterious woman who is connected to the royal families." She will go "toe to toe" with Adalind, and she "really wants to find that [Adalind's] baby."
2. Is Sean really "dead"? I think everyone knows the answer to this, cast and writers have stated that Sean is not going anywhere. I do believe though he is clinically dead and with the help of Elizabeth, Nick and Co. will manage to resurrect him. Sasha has said this process with really make a difference in Sean and he will be " changed." Basically I think this just means he will reevaluate his life and priorities (as I'm sure anyone would after coming back from the dead!). Of course with Grimm, you never really know what to expsct. This would also fit with the "Identity" theme the writers are going for this Season. "Not 'Who am I?' So much as 'Who should I be?'"
3. Will Nick get his powers back? Of course! The real question is WHEN? After seeing a new sneak peak/preview and reading the episode 4 description I'd guess no sooner than episode 5 or 6, or even later than that...from the season promo it shows Elizabeth attempting to help get Nick's powers back and from the clip I just viewed, Adalind escapes the castle dungeons and shows up at the spice shop saying to Rosalie and Monroe, " Did you really think she could undo what I did?" Assuming she is talking about the new Hexenbeist, Elizabeth, that means Nick is in at least episode 5 or further when Adalind escapes as the description for 04.04 states:
"Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) are called to an unusual crime scene with a victim who appears to have died from clay-induced asphyxiation. At the precinct, Wu (Reggie Lee) begins to grow more suspicious of Trubel’s (guest star Jacqueline Toboni ) presence. At the Spice Shop, Elizabeth (guest star Louise Lombard) makes a major breakthrough with regards to restoring Nick’s powers, while Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) experience cultural backlash as a result of their inter-Wesen marriage. In Europe, Adalind (Claire Coffee) hopes that putting trust in her mysterious visitor will help her escape the dungeon."
That's all I have. Any thoughts? I know there are other characters I didn't touch on but those are personally just my top questions for this Season! Is it Friday yet? (;
