When you look at the image that shows the volkswagon. You can see it is Monroe and Rosale with Nick between them.
The promo show Diana throwing everyone in the cabin. Wonder if that is why Adalind is yelling run. Also could be why Nick is only concerned about Kelly. If Diana is against them I wonder what happens to her.

If the stick is part of the staff, maybe that explains it. The staff doesn't have to power to undo itself?
