As in "star-crossed lovers?" Interesting. I wonder who that could be referring to?

Would think it's Nick and Adalind working things out, but only a guess.

I don't think it's about Nick/Adalind. Grimm titles are usually about the case, even if there are other scenes that tie into it.

I like the way the writers have played the Nick/Adalind give and take for a time I didn't think I could buy a Nick and Adalind getting together. But they play off each other better than Juliette/Nick. After watching this enter play I watch the first 4 season again and can even see it there to a lesser degree.

It's definitely there since the beginning, and I think the way they're setting up Nick/Adalind makes it really clear that 1) Juliette will come back and 2) Adalind will get her powers back. And Nick is going to have to deal with how weird that will be, watching Adalind struggle to be "good" as a hexenbeist even though he couldn't accept Juliette totally but MIGHT be able to accept Adalind, because he's always known her as wesen? And then Juliette comes back.

I think it just implies that Bruce Jenner will be a surprised guest start.

I agree with Grimmfan, it DOES usually tie into a case that they're working on.
