It looks like it's Diana in the tunnels, the question is how they get there?
I think Adalind will be trying to parent Diana, particularly around Diana's penchant for murder for the people she perceives as a threat to Adalind especially. She took out Rachel because she thought Rachel was taking her place in Sean's heart/life and she took out Conrad because she figured out he choked almost to death. Diana is over powered but she's still a misguided and likely traumatized child, Adalind is going to have a difficult time setting her daughter on the straight path. I don't think it will be a big plot on the show, they are leaving that to Nick and Sean's ultimate showdown.
