There is nothing that a character can do that another character will not forgive them for. If Nick becomes obsessed with the stick. If Eve becomes a problem and divides his attention. If Diana wants to be with her father is his Nice house and not the fome. She will go back to Sean. Especially since he is on a path to redemption.
By the end of the series I predict she will sleep with Sean. The look she had when she took Diana to Sean's and when she picked her up. She does not have the hate of feeling trapped. Let Nick get all side tracked and start ignoring Adalind. Then have a reason for her to stay at Sean's I can see it happening. Just like I can see Eve sleeping with Nick.
You realize we have 8 episodes left right? They would need to work in lighting speed to redeem Sean just in time for Adalind to run back to him and start having feelings for him and forgive him.
I think Sean's journey is about himself and finding his place and doing the right thing. Not all inner quest have to end up in people sleeping to together or getting the guy or the girl at the end like some sort of reward.
Which I also suspect will be Eve's journey, it's about meeting your personal legend
A Personal Legend is your life's spiritual purpose. It's a spiritual calling that awakens a deep desire and passion to live with a sense of purpose for something greater than yourself.
