I don't see Nick blaming Renard for anything. Juliette's condition was a side effect of Nick's cure-blame Nick. Nick's reaction to Juliette as hex was his fault-blame Nick. Adeline cast the two spells-blame Adeline. I don't see Renard confessing to having sex with Juliette-why would he be that stupid? As far as Nick would know, they have been on the same side since Face Off. As far as I know, no one else was a witness.

Quote:"Nick will be hell-bent on taking revenge when "Grimm" season 5 starts. With his mother now gone and his girlfriend killed in front of him, the detective's vendetta will be the theme for the new season, and according to Master Herald, there's only one person who can be at the receiving end of his wrath. IMNTBMFHO, this would be one of the dumbest plots I could l have imagined. If Nick is this stupid Adalind better hope she lost track of all the guys she screwed and someone else is the father or her kid is likely to be special. If this is true I hope Renard blows his fool head off and let Truble take over as the featured Grimm for the show.

Nick's reaction to Juliette as hex was his fault-blame Nick. Juliette's actions were partly motivated by her desire to blame Nick. Also, let's remember Renard voluntarily accepted Juliette's advances this time, as opposed to the whole "love potion" thing, which already tested Nick's patience. At the very least, Nick has earned the right to give Renard an extended trip to the ER for all the B.S. he's had to put up from him over the seasons.
Before Nick goes on any stone throwing revenge, imagined or real, he needs to seriously consider his own house first. Renard's not stupid, he's in fact far from it. If Nick decides to take him on, Hank, Wu, Monroe and Rosalee will go down. But Nick will be the first.
Renard's the reason Nick is a Grimm, not heredity, or Marie or Kelly, none of that. There have been debates about Nick's brand of justice and how it's practically impossible for him to deal with wesen other than the way he does. Furthermore, the question has been posed as to how he could even inform the city of Portland about wesen. Imagine the reaction when he goes to court and tries to defend himself using a burnt up trailer, and outdated resources like weapons and diaries. Imagine the testimony from his buddies saying they have to rely on Nick to tell them when wesen have been offed because only Nick can 'see' them. And how does he testify about the murder of his long time girlfriend, Juliette? A murder he conspired with his friends to make real? Can he tell them she turned into a hexenbiest and he felt threatened? Can he tell them she participated in killing his Grimm mother? If Nick wants to continue being a Grimm and enjoy the perks that come with it, like being a Portland law enforcement officer, he needs he needs to think seriously about the consequences. Renard is an oily character, but I can't add Juliette to his list of greasiness. Juliette went to him of her own free will. All he had to do was listen to her to know that she and Nick were done, over, kaput. Again, Renard's not stupid. Neither is the audience. We knew those two were over the minute Nick gave her the look of doom. If Juliette wants to give him a roll in the hay, that's her decision.

Read this thread (Comic Con Panel Images and recap) they hint at a wesen upraising in Portland. I think Nick they will have to make Nick and Renard bury the hatch at least for a time.
irukandji point shall we say with what Renard knows (hoping I'm taking this in the correct context) he could take all the Scooby's down but they have as much on him as he does on them so in my option see that as a wash. One leak very sorry can't give credit to the member who's thread has the link. Said that Nick will see Renard as a royal and this will cause fiction at least. I'm one that hopes this is short lived and they find a way to work together, unless Renard tries to dump the resistance and get in good with the family then I will have to rethink this. Now we have two somewhat again my option different scenarios will interesting to see how they write this. Thoughts ideas?

You DO realize you're talking about the same Juliette who got Nick's mom decapitated, right? I don't think her decision-making skills at that point should be given much trust or respect.

She made the decision to sleep with Sean. I don't see what one has to do with the other.

It was said they will go back to the mythology of the first season. In the first season Sean and Nick weren't friends. Nick didn't know that.
If Sean return to his agenda and try, for example, to get Nick key to use it to get close to the royals again, to the new King... How will it work? Sean was running from the royals that wanted him dead. His father is dead. His brother is dead. The queen is dead. Possibly all that wanted Sean dead are dead. Sean can see in it an opportunity to get close to the royals again... I was thinking about other possibility here. At this moment Nick should be hating everything related to hexanbiest / zaberbiest and everything related to the royals. Captain is both. I am not saying Nick will wake up one day and say: I will kill the captain. But I think one possible path the writers can go is: Nick trusts even less in the captain. The captain by his side trusts even less in Nick. Tgis dynamic can starts something similar to what happened to Juliette. The captain is smarter and has a bigger agenda then Juliette did. So the process would be long. But after the writers did to Juliette, I don't bet they would do something similar.

I'm a little concerned about how you're basically glossing over a very disturbing act of malice. |
