How? He is not a man yet, and has no one but perhaps Monroe to guide him, and Monroe is in many ways an arrested adolescent himself. In th end, I think Grimm did a great job of mirroring any of the current symptoms of an increasingly dysfunctional society. Nick's lack of maturation makes him the poster boy for masculine dysfunction in a modern society.
It's funny thing about Nick. It doesn't seem as though he benefitted at all from a two parent household. According to what we know, both parents were there for him until around age 12.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
