With this short season, I'm going to have to say no, I'm not thrilled about going back to CotW stories. Those should be in the background while the main arc continues to be fleshed out.

I'm guessing that the BC arc has pretty much slacked once Bonaparte was killed and the North Precinct was wiped out. I know we have one "heavy" left, but I suspect BC's life is on support right now..

I would say no we have 9...precious episodes left and all if it is the flavor of the wesen week.... the wesen should link to what ever is going to happen in Portland..like the El Cuegle he should not be seeing babies but young children or adults doing murderous things, because they are being made to by this unseen danger...this was a waste of episode..except the bonding of daddy and Diana..I say it does not move the story forward

I have been wondering if El Cuegle was tied to the main arc of the stick in anyway. I am thinking it's purpose is to establish the ability to see the future exist in the wesen world. That ability will come up and they will reference El Cuegle as an example that the ability exist.
Then again it may just be one of the writer loves Minority Report and wanted it in the show.

It was hard to believe for me, even in a Fantasy world. Given the level of evil characters in the Grimm world, I'd say that El Cuegle was falling down on his job, but there were much worse 'people' in the world...

Maybe the prophecy will tell of an evil baby that is one the babies on the show? What should the gang do?
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.

With such a short season I would rather each main character get and episode dedicated to them that ties into a bigger storyline for the last 3 episodes.
Adalind: Episode dedicated to Hexenbiest and their powers. Juilette: Piggy back off of Adalind's episode to figure out more about the Hexenbiest side of her. Focus on her life as Juilette also. Renard: Episode focus on his claim to power and his fallout with Black Claw. Nick: His connection to the stick and more on Grimm history. Monroe/Rosalee: An episode focused on how they would be as parents. Hank and Wu don't need any story time given they aren't really that important to the plot. Overall though I really wish they tried to push for a 22 episode final season. That way I feel like everything could have been wrapped up really nice. |
