I think my top 2 would have to be Höllentier (El Cucuy) and Krampus.
El Cucuy because it's such a strange wesen- is it one that never dies? how to you explain all of these savage killings that randomly occur. Love that it's bad people it goes after
Krampus- very interesting wesen. Just beats naughty kids and kidnaps them before he eats them haha. And the whole time it's a normal person who has no idea he/she is krampus. It's like having a dormant virus living inside of you that only comes out once a year unconsciously

As a former High School and Middle School teacher, I can think of several teenagers I would have liked to have turned over to Krampus.

This isn't shocking at all lol. I can only imagine
Also- is anyone else fully impressed with the creativity of the writers to consistently develop new wesen and story lines? So many good ones it's hard to pick!
I have to say that I'm very curious about Farley Kolt, you know the eagle-bird kind of wesen that had a relationship with aunt Marie.
What makes him so different that made a Grimm fall in love with him?
