Diana was born out of both characters using one another to fulfil their needs, lust in Renard's case. Adalind was no longer blinded by love every time they interacted, so Renard reverting back to his S1 self will never appeal to this new Adalind, in fact no version of Renard would ever be appealing to any version of Adalind because she wised up to his character.(09-15-2017, 10:13 PM)rpmaluki Wrote:(09-15-2017, 10:10 PM)wesen Wrote:No truer words were ever spoken.(09-15-2017, 08:42 PM)syscrash Wrote: I don't thank he would have weno back to Julieete but for a difference. Eve is nothing like Juliette or even Adalind is now. Even Bitsie admits she played the character as someone that does not need a man. So even if she still loved him. She did not need him. Nick needs to be needed.
Another thing the people don't consider. In the end Sean wen't back to being the Sean Adalind was in lover with in season one. Adalind being magical and having a daughter that is extremely magical. Sean would be much better at dealing with that then Nick. We saw that when Adalind told Nick about Diana's powers. He was both afraid and concerned. Sean on the other hand was the proud father that let Diana be who she is. He understood and accepted it.
I know some will say as parents Nick and ADalind would have to teach her not to use her abilities. Teach her what she did was wrong. The reality of the world the show is set in. She Diana is a hexenbiest and will need to know how to use her abilities. Just like Juliette found being around a Grimm it is a must to be armed. being around a Grimm their will be constant danger. Don't forget a hexenbiest with a grimm is going to create enemies on both sides. just like Rosalee and Monroe being together became a deadly union. Lets not forget Sean has and will encourage Diana to learn to use her abilities. IMO for Diana's protection knowing what she can do can and most likely save her life.
That's a good point. Nick does thrive on being needed, and being able to protect and rescue the people he cares about. He probably wouldn't mesh well with hexenbiest JuliEve. It would be like dating an older version of Truble. As for Diana, I don't believe she has to stop using her powers but she would definitely need to be taught how to control them. If she is encouraged to use them without restraint, then how would she develop empathy and humanity? She wouldnt be able to function in the normal world, because despite magic and wesen existing, only few humans are aware of them at all. Even Adalind realised this, because she learned how to control her hexenbiest side. Diana would end up like Juliette if she continues to use her powers without restraint.
The only thing I see in this argument is the relationship of a Grimm and a Hex is the fact that the only Hex that had a problem with a Grimm was Juliette. He had no problems with Elizabeth, Henrietta, Adalind 2.0 and lest not forget Sean. Nick was able to work with Sean for almost the whole series. A few times they even helped each other. Sean as a half male version of a Hex had his problems with Nick but it had nothing to do with Whom they were. They butted heads because Sean kept stealing his women.
Sean was never in love with Adalind. He used her to get to Nick for the Key. Diana was not a by-product of Sean/Adalind love. She was a result of Sean using Adalind to offset his obsession of Juliette after the coma kiss. He was using Adalind as he ran for mayor. He wanted to bed her not for love, it was for just being horny since Juliette was no longer the slut she was before Meisner turned her into Eve.
Why would Diana have a problem with a Grimm. She loved Mamma Kelly, she was a Grimm PLUS some. She was well adjusted when Diana was living under Nick’s roof. If Diana would have any issues with any of the gang it would be Juliette, another Hex. For having her hex hands in the death of Mamma Kelly.
