You could add Nick, Adalind, Diana, Kelly, and Wu to the mix as well.

I'm assuming that Nick/Adalind and Monroe/Rosalee are settled by the end of s06, or at least as settled as TV relationships ever get. Everyone else would be fodder for a continuation.
To each his/her own. I think that if the series were to continue with the original cast, there would be no Adalind/Nick coupling. They're just too boring of a storyline to continue. The creative team likes to break up things.
I hadn't considered Monroe and Rosalee, and initially, I think they probably would remain together. Would they remain with the scoobies? That's a difficult one, especially if the triplets are among the designated wesen killers in the series.

If we could reboot the series from somewhere in the middle of s04, I'd undo Adalind's entire pregnancy and Juliette going off the rails and over to the royals, and just continue on with Viktor or Kenneth manipulating Adalind into working for them because she thinks they have Diana. Chavez would be part of the resistance, there'd be no BC or HW and the series would just continue with Nick and the scoobies - including Renard - against the royals. But if it had to be a continuation from the end of s06, I'd transfer any "shipping" plotlines off of Nick/Adalind and Monroe/Rosalee onto the other characters and let Nick, Monroe and Rosalee get back to working on wesen issues. Because yanking the same two couples around over and over again would just be boring.

I personally would like to see the series completely dump Nick and company and go to another location. In addition, focus on much, much less than a different species of wesen once a week. Having so many was an interesting part of the series, that was one of the things I liked about it. But because there were so many, it also created a drawback. Limiting wesen would give the series a chance to explore different backgrounds. I think different types of Grimms would be interesting too. The series had a great concept. It just got lost in suds.

That was the idea behind the spin-off they were trying to pitch after s06. They couldn't sell it.
I don't believe I was open to a sequel five years ago after the mess of season 6. I'm just saying what I would like to see, should the idea resurface. There are posters out there who to do this day petition for a sequel and give ideas as to what they think would make good viewing. We could fill up a page with all of the reboots that have been done. Things change. What wouldn't work five years ago might be up for reconsideration now.
