And as far as I can tell, at least as far as I have posted, I never claimed any of these characters to be paragons of well adjusted members of society. They are twisted, and have been twisted by their environment. Finding some semblance of normalcy together and trying to give it to their children isn't something I can frown upon just because they aren't perfect or didn't follow some guidelines to being perfect. I like Nick and Adalind as they are because of their journey, if I didn't, I wouldn't have bothered with the show past season 1, which was the best imo.(04-19-2017, 10:51 PM)izzy Wrote: So...ya'll think it is a good idea for two sociopaths from dysfunctional families to reproduce and have more children when neither of them has a clue what it is to live a normal life or have ever experienced nurturing parental guidance themselves. Got it. Personally I think Nick should have a vasectomy and Adalind should have her tubes tied.
They're not righteous and they never will be righteous people, izzy. They're twisted and have visited their twisted notions on their children. I suspect neither Diana or Kelly knows anything other than what those two have filled their heads with regarding the Grimm lifestyle. Those children and probably Monroe's children as well have no positive outcomes other than murdering those who they believe are wrong.
I don't think they "murder" anyone they believe is wrong without first investigating to determine motive and so forth. That's never been how Nick operated since becoming a Grimm. Nick only acted when someone was murdered (because that was his job) and he never killed everyone he came across, he usually arrested the killers, or tried stopping those under peculiar circumstances and killing wesen was always a last resort. I don't see the children acting any different if they are following after his example.
